This is a temporary freelance role for four months, starting 1st July 2026. BFC Office is based at: Soho Works, 180 Strand, Temple, London, WC2R 1EA.
Hybrid Working: Home (Monday, Friday) BFC Office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Role Responsibilities
- Account Management Support: Supporting the BFC Account Management team across London Fashion Week (LFW) and The Fashion Awards (TFA) including support with communications with partners. Support on updating key partnership management docs and reporting to account leads regarding deadlines etc. E.G. Status Reports, content packs, invoicing, feedback reports, names and faces sheets and guestlists.
- Meeting Support: Diarising meetings. Take detailed notes during internal and partner meetings to ensure clear documentation and follow-up actions. Reporting to account leads to support on accomplishing set deadlines.
- Partner Gifting: Coordinate partner gifting for partners, including outreach, organisation, delivery logistics and liaising with relevant external stakeholders.
- Photography Coordination: Assist with partner photography, including supporting with developing photography brief, liaising with photographers, supporting with photographers during events, organising and distributing photography folders. Over events, send daily photography updates to partners including street style and event highlights to partners. Support on site with photographer coordination as required.
- On site support: LFW September: Thursday 17th September – Monday 21st September 2026. The Fashion Awards: Monday 30th November 2026. Availability to work on site across these dates is essential. Responsibilities include: Support with guest lists, support on partner activations, support meeting partners, support with partner gifting.
Additional: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the tasks listed above, and additional duties may be assigned as needed across various BFC teams to deliver LFW.
