The Education & Delivery Lead will lead the delivery of British Esports’ current education programmes while supporting the development of new initiatives that inspire learning, widen participation, and strengthen our national network of education centres and community partners.
Based at the National Esports Performance Campus, the postholder will design and deliver high-quality programmes, workshops, resources, and events; manage relationships with recognised education centres; and contribute to the creation of new courses, resources, and project bids. This role plays a key part in helping British Esports grow its education offer, promote positive engagement, and enhance opportunities for learners from all backgrounds.
- Incorporate safeguarding, fitness, wellbeing, and performance principles into programmes and delivery approaches.
- Ensure content and resources consistently reflect British Esports’ brand standards.
- Work with education partners to manage projects, taking a lead on customer relations and work towards KPIs on a project-by-project basis to feed into the overall strategy.
Project & Operational Management
- Manage logistics, scheduling, budgeting, staffing and operational planning for the successful delivery of education projects and events.
- Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth delivery of education initiatives.
Partnerships & Account Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with educational institutions, community organisations, and partners across the UK.
- Actively seek and explore opportunities for new partnerships, funded projects, and grant applications to grow and enhance the education portfolio.
Community Engagement
- Help develop and implement community management strategies, including content creation, engagement planning, and moderation approaches.
- Lead or support delivery of community-facing activations such as exhibitions, digital events, webinars, and live sessions.
- Contribute to building a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community environment that encourages participation from all demographics, including underrepresented groups.
Support content creation for resources, social platforms, newsletters, and campaigns where required.
- Produce content, communications, and case studies aligned with programme delivery.
Policy and procedures:
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Comply with statutory and company health and safety policies.
- Ensure annual appraisals, job chats and job reviews and appraisals are completed in line with company policy.
- Attend meetings and training as required.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks allocated by the management.
