- Review quality trends and systemic risks, escalating material product or compliance concerns.
- Assure the effectiveness of risk assessments, critical controls, legal compliance processes, environmental controls and permit management.
- Review serious incidents and high-potential events, supporting robust investigation and organisational learning.
- Develop and monitor QHSE performance indicators, analyse trends and provide independent assurance reporting to senior leadership.
- Mentor QHSE colleagues, strengthen technical capability and promote frontline accountability and prevention-focused behaviours.
Who we're looking for:
We’re looking for someone with an HNC in Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing, alongside an ISO Internal Auditor qualification and a NEBOSH qualification. You’ll have at least five years’ relevant QHSE or Quality Engineering experience, including work in high-volume manufacturing and CNC processes, and experience supporting NPI activities.
