These are additional positions to complement our existing supervision team.
They will strengthen production supervision and provide further operational support to QHSE.
Working closely with QHSE colleagues, you’ll help reinforce operational standards, support safe and consistent production, and help teams resolve issues in a practical and timely way.

- Support risk assessments, safety briefings, toolbox talks and the reporting and investigation of incidents.
- Help ensure products meet drawings, specifications and quality standards, and promote a “right first time” approach.
- Lead, coach and support team members, managing attendance, performance, conduct and capability in line with company policy.
- Ensure accurate production records, documentation and system transactions, and effective shift handovers.
- Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities, supporting corrective action, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production performance and support cost control, waste reduction and process optimisation.
- Who we're looking for
You’ll have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including supervising or leading a team and managing attendance, performance, conduct or capability in line with organisational procedures.
You’ll understand shop-floor operations and have working knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements, alongside good organisation and planning skills, confidence using workplace systems, and the ability to communicate clearly, lead effectively and stay calm under pressure.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to health, safety, quality and the environment are essential.
