What will you be doing? As an Enabling Works Assistant for XEIAD, part of British Engineering Services Group, you will support the rail and highways teams with all de-vegetation and enabling work requirements.
You Will Also Undertake works such as:
- Vegetation removal
- Debris removal
- Fence removal & reinstatement
- Cladding removal & reinstatement
- Chamber removal & reinstatement
- Dewatering of culverts & CCTV examinations
Deliver works safely and in accordance with the Contract Specification and programme of works. Ensuring that the team follow the Company Process & Procedures whilst adhering to the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards.

To join our team, you will need:
- Recent experience as an operative in a railway or site environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Full UK driving licence
You must also be flexible to work across the Southern and Western Routes, including travel and occasional work away from home. You must also be prepared to work nightshifts and weekends.
