Our Electrical division focuses on electrical compliance, delivering essential Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), inspections, and electric vehicle charging solutions.
As a Renewals & Retention Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will manage and convert an existing customer portfolio to secure contract renewals and drive revenue growth, maximizing retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Proactively manage assigned accounts with upcoming renewals
- Engage customers up to 12 months ahead of renewal to understand needs and future plans
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage a structured renewals and upsell pipeline to ensure full coverage
- Produce accurate, commercially sound renewal and upsell quotations
- Apply CPI increases in line with company guidelines
- Prepare clear, professional proposals with itemised pricing
- Maintain 100% CRM compliance with accurate and up-to-date information
- Negotiate to secure contract renewals and increased contract value
- Ensure timely, accurate handover of renewed contracts to operational teams
- Deliver a professional and seamless customer experience throughout

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or renewals
- Experience managing an existing customer portfolio
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and convert upsell opportunities
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Eworks or similar desirable)
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, structured and detail‑focused approach
- Experience in electrical services, compliance, or facilities management is desirable but not essential
