From design verification, the early stage of ensuring new pressure equipment is manufactured safely and to all appropriate standards, to conformity assessments, when it is approved as market ready, and a whole more, our team are vital when it comes to the production of new pressure equipment.
What will you be doing?
- Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
- Plan and schedule inspections, supporting the wider service strategy
- Follow agreed processes and procedures to deliver consistently high customer service
- Build strong relationships with Engineers and provide guidance on customer requirements
- Adapt to changing volumes, processes and technologies with ease
- Become a recognised expert in best practice across the team
- Interpret, calculate and analyse information to ensure accurate pricing
- Develop strong systems knowledge to deliver excellent service
- Manage customer interactions efficiently and professionally via phone and email
- Plan and prioritise your workload in line with business needs
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing
