Who we are in a nutshell.

At British Engineering Services Group, we pride ourselves on being the leading end-to-end risk management solutions provider in the UK and Ireland. Our job is to help keep our customers’ assets legally compliant, operational and, above all, safe. We achieve this by bringing together a team of the very best and most talented people. With our specialist asset reliability services, we help prevent machinery failures and, as a result, unscheduled (and, very often, costly) downtime for our customers. We’re all about operational efficiency and our team of highly skilled engineers not only use, but also develop and produce, some of the most sophisticated technology to help keep our customers’ assets doing what they need to, without any unexpected surprises along the way.

  • Opportunity for flexible working
  • Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
  • Discounts and savings via our employee benefits portal
  • Health and wellbeing support via our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Company wide volunteering scheme

To join our team, you will need:

  • Ideally experience in the field of Reliability in either Sales or as a Service Engineer but not essential as training will be provided
  • Possess highly effective sales, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience either in the Marine or Manufacturing industry would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing bids, tenders, contract negotiations and opportunity pipelines
  • Excel in relationship building, owing to your strong communication and interpersonal skills
