Overview
As an Electrical Remedial Engineer for BES Electrical, you will conduct electrical testing and remedial works across domestic and communal areas in the North West and Yorkshire social housing sector.
Location: South London (must be resident or willing to travel across the South West).
Responsibilities
- Undertake high‑quality electrical repairs and remedial works after inspections, including distribution board changes, RCD installations and socket replacements.
- Participate in small projects such as EV installations.
- Maintain compliance with company work performance, electrical policies and health and safety procedures.
- Use the CRM system and reporting software to record electrical documentation accurately.
- Liaise with customers and supply‑chain members to provide excellent service.
- Maintain van stocks and contribute to first‑time‑fix improvements in your area.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation (e. g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365) and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent (2394/2395).
- Positive, diverse and inclusive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Flexible approach, willing to work overtime and at least one night per month.
- Hard‑working, conscientious electrician with satisfaction in delivering excellent service.
- Good computer literacy and full driving licence.
