Join us for an ecology‐packed CPD programme for secondary teachers and FE lecturers teaching ecology.
Training Dates: 9 August – 11 August 2026
Location: Slapton Ley, Sands Road, Slapton, Kingsbridge, TQ7 2QP (South Devon)
What you will do:
- Engage with industry professionals running workshops on ecological skills.
- Network with other educators from a variety of schools and colleges.
- Learn strategies to overcome barriers to teaching ecology.
- Explore how ecology can be taught using inclusive learning, interdisciplinary learning, and strengthening maths and English skills.
- Receive a free bundle of equipment to use for teaching ecology.
- Learn more about fieldwork skills through exploring the variety of ecology in Slapton Ley Nature Reserve.
