A new opportunity to join a premium British design led furniture company. You must have a passion for customer care, an attention to detail and have experience in a relevant customer facing role (ideally within premium retail, design, architecture or interior design).
Part of a small experienced team.
Hours: 12-5pm Monday & 10am-6pm Thurs & Sat (must be able to work on Saturday).
Training and support will be provided in a lovely studio environment with a competitive salary.
Role Responsibilities:- Personal consultations at the London studio - quotes, follow ups, factory order placement.
- Fabric samples support (restocking, cutting, posting).
- Larger enquiry line drawings (within nominated hours for larger scale enquiries).
- Progressing fabric selection and keeping own customers informed of order progress.
- Cover the London phone line on nominated days via company mobile/laptop.
- General marketing support (if needed in quiet periods).
