Established in 1967 and based in Ruislip, West London, HGB Motorcycles have over 50 years in the motorcycle industry. We are looking for an experienced Motorcycle Aftersales & Service Advisor with previous experience from within the motorcycle/automotive industries.
Working in a team environment you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to customers who want to book their motorcycles in for service or repair work. You will be required to liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work. You will also assist customers with parts enquiries by understanding their requirements and ordering parts and accessories. You will be responsible for effectively helping customers with their queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customers' satisfaction. Warranty registering new motorcycles and warranty claims procedures will also be part of the job.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have to be personable, highly motivated and be able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service and sales. Previous experience in this role ideally in a motorcycle dealership. Applications from candidates who have experience of working in a Service/Aftersales role in the automotive trade are also welcome. A knowledge of motorcycles is essential for this role. An excellent salary will be awarded to the successful candidate which will fully reflect both qualifications and experience.
