- Someone who likes bikes! (always helpful)
- An experienced leader who hasn’t swallowed a management manual
- Failing that, someone with serious experience who’s ready to step up
- A person who both enjoys and is good at talking to people
- Someone who’s willing to get stuck in
- An all-round good egg with a bit of personality
What we believe in…
- A no-pressure, no hard sell environment
- The customer must come first, always
- Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?
What we don’t believe in…
- Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!)
- Targets (the keen types will also notice the OTE below – we’ll explain later!)
- Corporate buzz words like ‘deep dive’ or ‘game changer’
The hours & package…
- 5 days a week, including every other weekend
- Working hours of Mon to Fri 9 to 6, Sat 9 to 5, Sun 10 to 4
- OTE including a guaranteed share of the team commission, circa 40k pa
- Seriously good staff discount
