The Great Britain Cycling Team (GBCT) is the country’s most successful Olympic and Paralympic team in history, with high ambitions to continue this legacy at LA 2028 and beyond. We are a highly driven and motivated team of skilled and passionate individuals working together to support athletes across seven cycling disciplines, to achieve their full potential and deliver world‑beating performances on the biggest stages. We work hard to support delivery of British Cycling’s vision which includes striving to inspire Britain to be a great cycling nation and sharing the joy of cycling with everyone. Now is an incredibly exciting year to join the Great Britain Cycling Team, fresh off the back of winning 11 Olympic and 22 Paralympic medals at the most recent Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris, as well as having recently celebrated 20 years of the GBCT pathway.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and support the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of policies and processes across the GB Cycling Team, ensuring consistent compliance and effectiveness to underpin a world‑class performance environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Performance Delivery team, discipline performance staff, and key stakeholders to provide high‑quality operational and programme support aligned to discipline performance plans and the broader GBCT strategy.
- Support the Head of Performance Delivery (and Programme Manager where appropriate) with the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the GBCT strategy, taking ownership for the delivery of key programmes, cross‑functional projects, and continuous improvement initiatives that impact performance outcomes.

- A proactive, solution‑focused professional with strong project and programme coordination skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and a mindset committed to continuous improvement and best practice.
