Location: Manchester, UK. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the Manchester office.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns and assets across a range of channels for British Cycling Federation, Events and Foundation.
- Create standout marketing activity that increases brand awareness, drives revenue targets, deepens fan engagement, engages target audiences and achieves strategic objectives.
- Plan and drive prospecting and conversion marketing activity with a commercial, product first mindset. Ensuring activity is personalised and relevant to our core customer segments and growth audience opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, including leading meetings and creating briefs for agencies and creative team.
- Responsible for day‑to‑day budget management and ensuring that activity stays within the allocated spend and that all purchases are tracked and in line with marketing strategy.
- Regularly review campaign performance, present and report results to the wider team and suggest opportunities for optimisation.
About You
Essential
- 5 years’ experience in marketing roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Native use of data and insights to inform marketing plans
- Working knowledge of digital and paid marketing activity
- Creative mindset, regular ideas and out of the box thinking to produce campaigns that achieve marketing objectives and connect with our target audiences
- Experience creating brand and marketing plans in line with sponsors and partners
Desirable
- Experience of product marketing and product first mindset
- Experience of subscription/membership marketing
- Experience of event marketing
