British Cycling is seeking a world-class Deputy Performance Director - Head of Performance to lead the GBCT’s Olympic and Paralympic performance strategy. You will align coaching, athlete development, athletic performance, equipment and data to annual and quadrennial medal objectives, reporting to the Performance Director.
You will manage ~140 riders and influence a £38 million investment plan toward LA 2028, stepping in with delegated authority when needed.
