What will you be doing?
- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues across British Cycling, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, device and access-related issues across a range of systems and platforms.
- Managing and prioritising support tickets, ensuring users receive clear updates and resolutions.
- Supporting new starters, internal role changes and leavers by setting up accounts, devices and access.
- Administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Entra and device management platforms.
- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, user guides and self-service resources to help colleagues get the most from technology.
- Assisting with IT projects, device deployments and service improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and providing friendly, customer-focused support that helps keep the organisation running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in an IT Service Desk, technical support or end-user support environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people and delivering an excellent support experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 technologies and modern device management tools.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
