In this role, you’ll lead exciting projects working closely with internal and external partners to create unforgettable experiences. What will you be doing?
- Deliver a programme of corporate events, aligned with our priorities.
- Manage partner, sponsor, and VIP relationships across corporate and major events, working closely with relationship managers across the business.
- Programming speakers, rider appearances, and commercial storytelling.
- Lead the operational delivery and manage the P&L of corporate events.
- Lead on build schedules, access management, and event H&S compliance with specific procured suppliers.
- Collect feedback, measuring ROI, and reporting outcomes.
- Source, shortlist, and secure venues for corporate events, meetings, and hospitality activations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong demonstrable project management skills.
- A flexible and collaborative style, with a naturally consultative approach.
- A strong communicator with the ability to lead teams.
- Budget management experience.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- A team player with a passion for sports and an ability to motivate others.
- Self‑motivated and dynamic personality with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking.

- Experience of successfully working in a politically and commercially sensitive environment.
- Ability to develop relevant contacts, to facilitate collaboration and capture emerging best practice.
- Have strong supervisory skills and be experienced in motivating and developing delivery partners.
- Display a high degree of computer proficiency.
