As a People Business Partner you will work with senior leaders to embed changes, strengthen capability and drive the people agenda in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Belfast.

In this hybrid role you will co-create workforce plans, lead talent reviews and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, while coaching leaders to enable.
