Role

Support Arts business growth by developing compelling impact stories, evidence and programme insights that strengthen proposals, partnerships and funding opportunities. Working across global Arts teams and stakeholders, you will turn programme outcomes into engaging content while helping enhance impact reporting and knowledge sharing across the Arts portfolio.

Role Accountabilities

• Leadership and Management: Leading the collection and presentation of impact evidence, programme assets and track record to support business development. Coordinating impact inputs across teams to provide accurate and timely evidence for partnerships and fundraising.
• Strategy and Planning: Supporting the global Arts strategy by strengthening impact evidence across programmes and projects. Contributing to long-term plans that enhance the evidence base and impact of Arts programmes.
• Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships across programme, country, MEL and Research & Insight teams to support impact evidence collection. Acting as the key contact for Arts evidence to support business development activities.
• Sector Expertise: Ensuring impact evidence used in proposals, pitches and presentations is accurate, current and aligned with organisational priorities. Developing tools and resources that turn evidence and insights into compelling partnership and investment materials.
• Consultancy, Analysis and Problem Solving: Analysing programme, evaluation and research data to develop clear and compelling impact narratives. Working with MEL and Research & Insight teams to ensure evidence is robust, relevant and aligned to global standards.
• Service Improvement: Guiding teams to strengthen impact reporting and develop investment-ready evidence. Promoting organisational learning by sharing effective approaches to impact storytelling and evidence use.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional Qualification and Certification: Relevant experience in programme or project management.
• Role Specific Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write briefings and present concisely, clearly and effectively in a range of contexts.

Role Specific Knowledge and Experience

• Essential: Collect, analyse and interpret impact evidence, including qualitative and quantitative data, evaluations and insights. Translate MEL, research and performance data into clear narratives and evidence-based materials for stakeholders, funders and partners. Support partnership development and income generation through investment-ready evidence, value propositions and strategic insights. Build strong cross-functional relationships, develop reporting tools and guidance, and communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Desirable: Good knowledge of the arts and creative industries, including international practice and the social and economic impact of the arts. Knowledge of impact frameworks, theories of change and global MEL standards in international development or cultural relations. Ability to work effectively across international and diverse cultural contexts. Skilled in using research and insights to strengthen programme design, positioning and advocacy. Ability to support teams in improving impact reporting, learning and evidence use.
