Byddant yn gweithio'n agos gydag arweinwyr sectorau busnes a rhanddeiliaid allweddol i drosi blaenoriaethau busnes yn ddulliau marchnata, cyfathrebu ac ymgysylltu sy'n canolbwyntio ar y gynulleidfa, gan sicrhau bod gweithgarwch marchnata yn cydfynd ag amcanion y rhaglen a theithiau’r cyfranogwyr.

Prif Gyfrifoldebau:

  • Datblygu pecynnau cymorth o adnoddau cynnwys ac asedau ar gyfer partneriaid a rhanddeiliaid, a sicrhau cysondeb negeseuo a rhannu gwybodaeth ar gyfryngau cyfathrebu partneriaid.
  • Rheoli dosbarthiad pecynnau cymorth ac asedau; casglu adborth a gwybodaeth i lywio’r gwaith o gynhyrchu pecynnau cymorth yn y dyfodol.
  • Gweithio'n agos gydag arweinwyr sectorau busnes a rhanddeiliaid i ddeall blaenoriaethau, cyfleoedd, a heriau’r sector a'r gynulleidfa, gan drosi'r rhain yn gynlluniau marchnata, cyfathrebu ac ymgysylltu sy'n canolbwyntio ar y gynulleidfa.
  • Cefnogi'r uwch reolwr i ddrafftio datganiadau i'r wasg, nodi straeon posibl ar gyfer y cyfryngau, ymateb i ymholiadau, a gweithio i gefnogi cysylltiadau cyhoeddus rhagweithiol.
  • Datblygu cynnwys (gan gynnwys ysgrifennu copi) ar gyfer amrywiaeth o sianeli a fformatau gan gynnwys: datganiadau i'r wasg; nodiadau briffio; blogiau; canllawiau; canllawiau 'sut i'; gwybodaeth i helpu chwalu mythau; a chyfweliadau.
