The British Council in London is recruiting an E+ Programme Support Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of operational processes for Erasmus+ delivery. The role works across Programme Delivery, Quality Assurance, Digital, Finance and Compliance to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the programme lifecycle.
You will line-manage Programme Support Officers, promote continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
