British Council seeks an Erasmus+ Associate People Business Partner to support the successful delivery of the Erasmus+ people strategy across the UK offices. You will work closely with the Erasmus+ People Business Partner and stakeholders to implement a workforce of over 150 FTEs and partner with Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Learning & Development, and People Advisory.

You will use people data and workforce analytics to inform planning, monitor progress, and drive organisational change.
