English Online is aimed at adults and children learners learning English worldwide, who are committed to improving their English. Classes are designed around real-life topics and students undertake practical language tasks in group and private classes. It offers a flexible timetable, personalised learning paths and globally connected classrooms.
Our client is looking for adaptable online teachers who enjoy being a part of new innovations in online teaching. They are looking for teachers who have experience teaching both children learners and adults online (group and/or private classes) and are available to teach closed group courses from 06:00 UK time onwards, delivered on behalf of an organisational client. The aim of these courses is to support students to develop the language skills they need to improve their employability.
You will also be able to take on additional classes in addition to this closed group course and build up your own timetable. Please confirm your availability to teach 09:*****:00 UK time Monday-Friday in your supporting statement/on your CV. Candidates who do not do this cannot be considered.
Successful applicants will not be employed directly by the British Council. Individuals will be engaged on hourly-paid contracts by an agency in their country. Introductions to the agencies and any subsequent engagement will be managed by Guidant Global, an outsourced recruitment partner in the UK.

Online Teaching Experience: Minimum 1 year (Children Learners or Adults)
Qualifications: Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications: Cambridge CELTA, DELTA, Trinity CertTESOL (or equivalent)

Job Summary:
- Cambridge CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL (or equivalent).
- Full mastery of English equivalent to C2 / IELTS Band 8.
- Equivalent to 1 year's post-certificate teaching experience.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in teaching either adults or children learners (or both) online in either group or private class format.
- Experience in teaching General English, Business English and IELTS preparation.
