Pwrpas y Rôl: Bydd deiliad y rôl yma'n arwain y gwaith o ddatblygu a chyflawni digwyddiadau, cynllunio gweithredol, a chydlynu marchnata ar gyfer rhaglen Erasmus+, gan sicrhau bod gweithgareddau'n cael eu cyflawni'n effeithlon, yn gyson, ac yn unol â'r safonau y cytunwyd arnynt. Byddant hefyd yn gyfrifol am oruchwylio’r gwaith o reoli digwyddiadau, cydlynu cyflenwyr, tracio cyllidebau, ac adrodd ar weithrediadau i gefnogi cyflawni’r rhaglen yn effeithiol.

Prif Gyfrifoldebau:

  • Arwain y gwaith o gynllunio, hyrwyddo a chyflawni digwyddiadau, gweminarau, a gweithgareddau ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid i sicrhau’r cyfranogiad a'r effaith orau bosibl.
  • Cydweithio gydag arweinwyr busnes a thimau sector i sicrhau bod digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau marchnata’n cyd-fynd ag amcanion, blaenoriaethau, ac amserlenni’r rhaglen.
  • Datblygu cynnwys ac asedau hyrwyddo trawiadol i gefnogi gweithgareddau marchnata a chyflawni digwyddiadau yn ogystal â gweithgareddau dilynol ar ôl y digwyddiad.
  • Rheoli cysylltiadau â chyflenwyr allanol, partneriaid, a siaradwyr i sicrhau ein bod yn cyflwyno digwyddiadau o ansawdd uchel.
  • Hybu profiad y mynychwr drwy gasglu adborth, gwerthuso canlyniadau, a gwneud gwelliannau.
  • Monitro, tracio, ac adrodd ar gyfranogiad, ymgysylltiad, metrigau estyn allan, a pherfformiad cyffredinol digwyddiadau.
  • Cynnal a rheoli llinellau gwaith digwyddiadau, adnoddau tracio, byrddau gwaith (dashboards), cyllidebau, llifoedd gwaith, a systemau adrodd i sicrhau cydlyniad a chyflawniad effeithiol.
  • Cydlynu mewnbynnau traws-adrannol gan dimau marchnata, digidol, ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliad, a busnes, i sicrhau cyflawni ymgyrchoedd a gweithgareddau integredig.
  • Sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth â chanllawiau brand, gofynion llywodraethu data, polisïau marchnata, a phrosesau rheoli cyllidebau.
  • Dadansoddi data perfformiad, gwerthuso effeithiolrwydd marchnata, meincnodi canlyniadau, a nodi cyfleoedd ar gyfer gwelliant parhaus ac arloesedd.
