We are seeking a highly organised Corporate Services Officer (CSO) to support the delivery of corporate contracts across our B2B, B2G and B2I segments. The role oversees the full customer journey—from contract signing to delivery, reporting and post‑course follow‑up—ensuring strong financial compliance and excellent client experience.
You will manage invoicing, payments, debt control and financial reporting through SAP and TCMS, while maintaining accurate legal and funding documentation. Working closely with Customer Management and Delivery teams, you will support customer onboarding, class list updates and client issue resolution. You will lead end‑of‑course reporting, certificates and feedback processes, preparing results for internal teams and client stakeholders.
The role also contributes to client retention by understanding future needs and partnering with the Sales & Account Manager to support repeat and new business opportunities. You will coordinate internal colleagues and external suppliers to ensure timely and high‑quality task completion.
To succeed, you should have experience in operational management, risk management, communication, influencing and data analysis. A minimum of three years’ customer management experience is required, along with proficiency in SAP and familiarity with Salesforce. C2 proficiency in the relevant local language and B2/C1 English are essential. A relevant University Diploma is required. Experience in large‑sector sales and related qualifications are desirable.
