Change Management Expert
- Manage the firm’s priority projects or work streams as assigned, delivering to timescale and budget.
- Define and document the project approach and plan for delivery, detailing deliverables and measures of success.
- Engage and regularly communicate with direct and non-direct stakeholders on the delivery of the project change to ensure support of the change at all levels of the organisation.
- Provide best practice for the delivery of project change and support the framework for continual improvement in change delivery.
- Assess and monitor key project dependencies, linkages and risks to ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, cost and quality criteria.
- Maximise return on investment by ensuring the change is capable of achieving the expected business benefits defined in the scope.
- Ensure operational and regulatory risks are managed on an ongoing basis and escalated as appropriate for prompt resolution.
- Apply project and change management skills and expertise on projects to help the business achieve the desired change and expected business benefits.
- Map existing and recommended future business processes.
- Previous experience of process improvement / business transformation methodologies is required (including Lean, Theory of Constraints, ITIL, Six Sigma, Prince2 or equivalent) and a track record of their practical application.
