Manage the firm’s priority projects or work streams as assigned, delivering to timescale and budget.
Defining and documenting the project approach and plan for delivery, detailing deliverables and measures of success.
Engage and regularly communicate with direct and non-direct stakeholders on the delivery of the project change to ensure support of the change at all levels of the organisation.
Provide best practice for the delivery of project change and support the framework for continual improvement in change delivery.
Assess and monitor key project dependencies, linkages and risks to ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, cost and quality criteria.
Maximise return on investment by ensuring the change is capable of achieving the expected business benefits defined in the scope.
Ensure operational and regulatory risks are managed on an ongoing basis and escalated as appropriate for prompt resolution.
Apply project and change management skills and expertise on projects to help the business achieve the desired change and expected business benefits.
Map existing and recommended future business processes.
Previous experience of process improvement / business transformation methodologies is required (including Lean, Theory of Constraints, ITIL, Six Sigma, Prince2 or equivalent) and a track record of their practical application.
