Main purpose of the role:

In this role, you’ll deliver industry‑leading customer service to our buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle collection experience. You’ll play a key part in resolving queries and complaints quickly, professionally, and cost‑effectively, helping to maintain a positive customer journey from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management
  • Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers
  • Provide a professional front‑of‑house service to customers and site visitors
  • Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately
  • Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently
