Main purpose of the role:
As a Stock Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in maximising the value of BCA-owned assets. Through effective stock management, accurate reporting, and efficient coordination of repairs, you’ll help ensure vehicles are ready for sale quickly and at the best possible return.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the production team by delivering accurate daily reports on onsite stock levels
- Act as a central point of contact, responding efficiently to queries from the online operations team
- Identify vehicles that would benefit from value enhancement and liaise with the relevant teams to action improvements
- Review and validate system-generated enhancement requests to ensure resources are used effectively
- Coordinate cosmetic and mechanical repairs, ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard, and within agreed costs
To be successful, you’ll bring the following with you:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, with experience of Salesforce or similar systems an advantage
