We're looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly driven
Employer Brand and Content Manager to take ownership of our employer brand, digital reputation and colleague communications strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to join our business in a standalone role where you will become the voice of our organisation across social media, review platforms and our internal colleague engagement app.
You'll be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, enhancing our employer reputation and ensuring colleagues remain informed, connected and engaged.
Working closely with our Resourcing team, Group Marketing and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening how we communicate with current and future colleagues, helping us attract great talent whilst creating a positive and consistent employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and delivering our employer brand and digital communications strategy.
- Creating, managing and publishing engaging content across platforms including Linked In, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed and our internal engagement app.
- Leading the strategy for colleague and driver communications.
- Building and maintaining a consistent content calendar aligned to business priorities and brand guidelines.
- Monitoring trends, engagement, reviews and feedback across all channels, identifying risks, opportunities and recurring themes.
- Developing improvement plans and innovative solutions to enhance engagement and reputation scores.
- Managing our presence on employer review platforms including Glassdoor, Indeed and Google.
- Producing insightful reports and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Driving adoption, usage and engagement within our colleague engagement app.
- Working closely with Group Marketing to ensure consistency across all content, campaigns and brand messaging.
- Identifying opportunities to improve advertising effectiveness, reduce spend and maximise return on investment.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns through optimised job advertising and employer branding activity.
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced social media and communications professional who understands how to create engaging content, analyse performance data and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong knowledge of Linked In, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Indeed and Glassdoor.
- Exceptional written communication and content creation skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
- Good understanding of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently.
- Experience within recruitment, HR or talent acquisition environments.
- Experience managing review platforms and online reputation.
- Experience using engagement, adoption and performance analytics to drive improvements.
