Paddle UK is recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist and Performance Support Lead to shape and direct our Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross programme. The role splits roughly 60% clinical physiotherapy and 40% leadership of the Performance Support Team, supporting around 20 elite athletes.
You will lead clinical excellence, health strategies, and international event planning, with travel opportunities and a focus on LA 2028 medal targets.
