An experienced Head Butler for a luxury residence is required. Previous experience within a luxury residential environment and outstanding qualifications are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the residence.
  • Assist the housekeeping staff as and when required.
  • Establishment of a household manual.
  • Delivery of food and drinks.
  • Food and beverage services, including table settings to the highest levels.
  • Packing and unpacking of suitcases.
  • Maintain and manage household inventories.
  • Liaison with chauffeur.
  • Greeting of guests and visitors, telephone messages.
  • Overseas travel to clients' other properties worldwide.
  • Schedules for contractors.
  • Care of pool and spa area.
  • Concierge duties and local knowledge of London essential.

Must be flexible and have food and beverage service experience. Strong time management, punctuality, and multi-tasking skills are required. A recognised Butler qualification is necessary. The ideal candidate will be an honest and committed individual with a very good attitude, knowledge of high cleaning for marble/windows/gold taps, and a polite and polished demeanour. Flexibility, self-motivation, and energy are important traits.

Discretion, privacy, and maintaining confidentiality at all times are crucial. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and have 5 years previous experience in a residential environment. CRB Checked status is required. Fluency in English is essential, and it would be advantageous to speak Russian. Excellent references are required, and a current driver license is necessary.

The principals will generously reward the right candidate for this position, depending on experience and compatibility. This is a live-out position with a start date in September 2025.
