Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help shape and deliver new capital products that increase the scale and impact of our investments, mobilise institutional and third-party capital, and support our mission to improve access to finance for smaller businesses across the UK. You will play a leading part in developing future capital products from concept through to launch. You will demonstrate the use of market insight, investor engagement and structured product development to shape propositions that are robust, scalable and aligned to policy and governance requirements. You will work closely with colleagues across investment, legal, risk, policy, finance and operations to ensure new products are well designed, deliverable in practice and positioned effectively for external stakeholders.

In this role, you will show strategic and analytical capability, sound judgement and the confidence to work across complex stakeholder environments. You may already bring experience of venture capital, private markets or institutional investment, or you may offer closely relevant experience in developing complex products, programmes or propositions in a similarly demanding environment. You will be a clear and credible communicator who can translate insight into action and build confidence with senior colleagues and external partners.
