Portfolio Operations Analyst – Future Fund Portfolio Admin Location: Sheffield / Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week) Contract: 1 x Permanent & 1x 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri) Salary: From £25,000 – £30,000 Depending Upon Experience Please note that any same band move will not present any pay increase THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Operation Analyst to work within our Middle Office Team. The person appointed will be part of a small team within the Portfolio Operations team primarily responsible for the ongoing support of a large and growing portfolio of debt and equity fund investments across a range of product areas including British Business Investments, British Patient Capital and Venture Solutions. The postholder will provide support for managing financial transactions, operations, and reporting for a portfolio of up to c£2bn of fund investments. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a degree of financial knowledge/experience and a willingness to learn. You will have some experience in Data analysis, interpretation and judgement as well as experience of reporting to a variety of stakeholders. You will possess the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and have a knowledge of Microsoft suite of software and a wide knowledge of other software.
