Responsibilities
- Help shape and deliver new capital products that increase the scale and impact of our investments.
- Mobilise institutional and third-party capital.
- Support our mission to improve access to finance for smaller businesses across the UK.
- Play a leading part in developing future capital products from concept through to launch.
- Demonstrate the use of market insight, investor engagement and structured product development.
- Work closely with colleagues across investment, legal, risk, policy, finance and operations.
- Show strategic and analytical capability, sound judgement and confidence to work across complex stakeholder environments.
- Bring experience of venture capital, private markets or institutional investment, or closely relevant experience in developing complex products.
- Be a clear and credible communicator who can translate insight into action and build confidence with senior colleagues and external partners.
