Responsibilities

  • Help shape and deliver new capital products that increase the scale and impact of our investments.
  • Mobilise institutional and third-party capital.
  • Support our mission to improve access to finance for smaller businesses across the UK.
  • Play a leading part in developing future capital products from concept through to launch.
  • Demonstrate the use of market insight, investor engagement and structured product development.
  • Work closely with colleagues across investment, legal, risk, policy, finance and operations.
  • Show strategic and analytical capability, sound judgement and confidence to work across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Bring experience of venture capital, private markets or institutional investment, or closely relevant experience in developing complex products.
  • Be a clear and credible communicator who can translate insight into action and build confidence with senior colleagues and external partners.
