THE ROLE
In this role, you will work as part of the Finance team, partnering with colleagues across the Bank to provide clear, timely and value-adding financial insight. You will support business areas with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning, helping leaders understand financial performance, risks and opportunities. You will build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders, including finance and non-finance colleagues, and provide constructive challenge and support to help inform decision-making. You will also help ensure financial information is accurate, well understood and suitable for internal and external reporting. You will be able to demonstrate experience in finance business partnering or a similar finance role, including supporting month-end activity, analysing financial information and presenting insight clearly. You will be at an advanced stage when using Excel or equivalent tools to analyse data, and you will bring a collaborative approach with good attention to detail. To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant with an interest in using financial information to support effective planning, performance management and continuous improvement.
