This is an influential and rewarding position to help shape the future of the Bank, ensuring the organisation has the right strategies and approach to deliver on corporate objectives and the policy requirements of our government shareholder.
In this role you will support the Bank’s input into fiscal events such as Budgets and Spending Reviews, and help develop clear, evidence-based advice for senior stakeholders and government partners, responding to opportunities or risks to the Bank’s strategic plan. You will help maintain effective project processes, support engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Strategy and Policy team. This role will suit someone who thrives on variety, is skilled in bringing a rigorous approach to problem solving, and can demonstrate experience in policy and/or strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. You will communicate clearly, work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and build positive working relationships. Knowledge of financial services or small business finance would be helpful, but is not essential.
