We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security and performance of our hybrid IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support and continuously improve a diverse infrastructure spanning cloud, on‑premises and hybrid platforms.
- Maintain high‑performing networks, servers and systems that support business operations, working closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Own and contribute across technologies including routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, server administration, identity and access management, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
- Provide third‑line technical support, investigate complex issues, identify root causes and help deliver continuous improvements that enhance resilience, security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers in a regulated environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive hands‑on experience across multiple enterprise infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows and Linux server environments, network security solutions, Active Directory, automation and scripting tools, and modern endpoint management platforms.
- Relevant certifications in networking, cloud and infrastructure technologies highly valued.
- Commitment to delivering reliable and secure services in a regulated environment.
