Description:

Location: London - Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: From £62,000 and up to £70,000 (London) depending on experience

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of a high-impact events and sponsorship programme that engages, educates and inspires key audiences across the UK. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of live, virtual and hybrid events, as well as managing strategic sponsorship opportunities that support organisational objectives, strengthen brand awareness and build meaningful stakeholder relationships.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to create exceptional event experiences, you will also oversee budgets and suppliers, ensure governance and compliance requirements are met, and use data and insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

You will be able to demonstrate significant experience in B2B events marketing and sponsorship management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events and sponsorship activities against strategic and commercial objectives. You will bring demonstrable project management skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience of working across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes within a financial services sector, and the ability to problem solve and manage change and ambiguity are essential to success in this role.
