The predicted salary is between 25000 - 29000 £ per year.

Location: Sheffield / London / Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week)

Contract: Permanent

Band: I

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)

Salary: Up to £31,250 (Sheffield) / £35,000 (London) depending on experience

In this role you will create and manage content across multiple internal channels, ensuring alignment with our corporate narrative and communications strategy. The role includes planning and delivering day-to-day communications in line with the editorial calendar, managing internal channels and the company intranet, and supporting the launch of new channels and engagement initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate how you have developed campaign materials aligned to brand guidelines, supported group-wide communications campaigns, and used analytics to measure engagement and have produced regular performance reports.

The role will also involve building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Employee Resource Groups and Communications colleagues, as well as supporting colleague events such as Town Halls and networking sessions. You will be an organized and confident communicator with excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality output whilst working with stakeholders at all levels.
