Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Content & Data Analyst to join our Marketing team to deliver a positive online experience for customers and actionable insights for our team. In this role, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports, monitor performance against agreed KPIs and analyse trends across website, social, CRM and third-party data sources. You will help develop consistent measurement frameworks, improve reporting processes and translate complex data into practical recommendations that support better decision-making, campaign performance and customer journeys.
You will also support the development, maintenance and improvement of our website, ensuring content, templates, components and user journeys meet accessibility, governance and quality standards. Working with internal teams, external agencies and technical partners, you will help test new website features, support release activity, resolve issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in SEO, usability and digital experience.
You will be able to demonstrate clear communication, good attention to detail, confidence working with data, and a collaborative approach to improving digital channels.
