Salary: Up to £25,000 - £30,000 (Sheffield) depending on experience
In this role you will support the procurement, purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes and be responsible for raising purchase order requests, managing credit card reconciliations, and producing reports that support operational planning and decision-making. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure purchase orders are raised accurately and in line with our financial policies, maintaining procurement system data, and supporting supplier due diligence activities. In this role you will be analysing spend data, producing management information for senior stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve procurement and payment processes.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience working with purchase-to-pay processes, strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience or understanding of payment governance and financial controls is desirable and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and building strong working relationships across teams.
