Description:
Location: London / Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week plus additional office attendance across London/Sheffield as required)
Contract: FTC Up to 12 Months
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)
In this role you will ensure senior leadership is effectively supported, priorities are managed, and activity across the Bank are coordinated to deliver strategic objectives. Acting as a key point of contact, you will also build strong stakeholder relationships and champion high-quality business support.
This role involves managing complex diaries and inboxes, anticipating needs, and ensuring leaders are well-prepared. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper and a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, enabling smooth and effective communication.
You will deliver high quality administration including travel, expenses, and meeting coordination, while also supporting budget management through raising and tracking purchase orders and monitoring spend. You will bring proven evidence of the ability to work closely with relevant teams, including Secretariat, to coordinate governance and board or committee activity.
In addition, you will support recruitment administration, and this role also involves organising meetings and events, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. You will have demonstrable evidence of the ability to build effective relationships across the Bank and with external stakeholders, support key projects and produce presentations, reports and documentation whilst providing flexible support across teams when required with a demonstrable high level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication and outstanding stakeholder management skills, and advanced Microsoft 365 capability, particularly Outlook.
