Clubs and Volunteers Football Development Officer
The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA is hiring a full-time Clubs Officer to lead the strategic development of grassroots football clubs through the England Football Accreditation Programme. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, FA Club Consultants, and county teams, you will guide clubs to build sustainable playing pathways, strong governance, improved facilities, and financial stability. Key responsibilities include supporting clubs in creating and achieving community-focused development plans derived from annual self-assessments, while driving the growth, support, and retention of volunteers across the local game.
