IMT Forever CIC is looking for friendly, community-minded volunteers to join our Great Get Together Event Planning Team — helping shape and deliver a free, inclusive community celebration that brings people together across ages and backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to be part of something positive and locally meaningful, and to help create a welcoming event focused on connection, well-being and community pride. We especially welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
The event will be 1st or 2nd Saturday in September 2026.
What you might help with:
- Sharing ideas and helping shape the event programme
- Light planning and coordination tasks
- Promotion and community outreach
- Helping on the day with activities, welcome, and setup
- Supporting inclusive and accessible delivery
Who we're looking for:
- People who care about community and inclusion
