School Sports Assistant at School Sports Partnership

Vandyke Upper School is seeking a School Sport Assistant to join its National Award-winning School Sports Partnership team. The office is based within Vandyke Upper School.

Salary: £20,920 to £21,249 per annum for 37 hours per week during term-time, plus 37 hours outside term-time (full-time equivalent £24,027 to £24,404).

Contract: Fixed 1-year contract initially. Part-time applications considered for suitable candidates.

Hours: Full-time; part-time considered.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work across schools in Leighton Buzzard, Linslade, Woburn Sands, and surrounding villages to enhance Physical Education and School Sport opportunities for young people aged 5-19 years.

You should be highly motivated, organized, and passionate about sport. Previous experience working with young people is preferred. The role involves practical delivery and administrative tasks, requiring a driving license and transport.

You will also develop and deliver key partnership programs across local schools.
