About Duty Manager

Loughborough University, recognised as one of the world's leading sporting universities, is seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our Sport team. These roles are key to delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the highest standards of facility operations, health and safety, maintenance and housekeeping.

We currently have two vacancies:
Swimming Pool Duty Manager
Multi-Site Duty Manager

Both roles will be part of a highly skilled and experienced team, you will help create a welcoming, vibrant, and motivational environment that supports students, staff, athletes, and visitors in achieving their fitness and sporting goals.

The successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to balance hands‑on operational management with effective leadership and oversight. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, health and safety, facility presentation and operational performance.
