Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water safely, and compete in all our sports.
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Head of Finance Partnering to join us on a maternity-cover basis, leading a team of three and overseeing Swim England's core finance-partnering activity. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting, working closely with budget holders and senior stakeholders to improve financial understanding, accountability and decision-making.
A key priority will be helping to embed Oracle NetSuite, improving reporting and identifying opportunities to streamline our month-end processes.
