Aquatics GB, the organisation that oversees aquatics sports in Great Britain - Swimming, Para Swimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo - is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Safeguarding Manager.
Location: The normal place of work will be an Aquatics GB office/centre, LE113QF.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum | Hours: Full Time | Contract: Permanent
Aquatics GB operates an Agile Working Policy allowing some flexibility to work from the office/centre and from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, create, and ensure effective delivery of Aquatics GB's commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to deliver the Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.
- Act as Safeguarding Lead, working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver the Safeguarding Action Plan.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture Team, Business Services Department, Director of People and Culture, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Safeguarding fields.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, self‑starting, and strong team member who can build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with ability to manage and prioritise workloads while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working within the sporting industry (desirable).
